Other equipment has its own terms
Jet Towels have three-year cover. Air curtains and ventilation fans have five-year cover for purchases from 1 July 2026. BDT-supplied controllers, accessories and peripherals generally have one-year cover.
Record both dates
The published terms say cover starts from purchase. If installation is delayed, keep both dates and ask Leading to confirm any different start-date arrangement with BDT in writing.
Scope and responsibilities
Manufacturer cover concerns supplied equipment. Installation, ducting, wiring and other third-party work are outside that manufacturer cover. Maintenance, corrosion protection, access and other conditions apply. Your statutory rights remain separate.
